We are a mobile marketplace-SaaS platform that redefines commitment to community through the live events industry. With the ease of digital ordering, Gourmeal will leverage advanced data collection and analysis, to empower local businesses to provide the best services possible to their consumers.

The Gourmeal mobile application brings convenience to consumers by offering a comprehensive view of all available vendors right on their phones. They can place orders with multiple vendors for pickup and receive timely notifications, with updates as frequent as every 15 minutes about the status of their orders and when they can pick them up.

Additionally, the SaaS platform empowers vendors with high-capacity transaction processing, allowing them to handle multiple transactions simultaneously instead of one at a time. Within the vendor management console, vendors have the flexibility to register for events across the United States, narrowing their selections to specific cities and states. They can effortlessly manage their product offerings, whether it's food, beverages, alcohol, or merchandise, and set their preferred minimum quantity alerts. These alerts help vendors stay ahead of inventory shortages, allowing them to prepare for potential sell-outs or coordinate restocking with their team members. Vendors can also use the KDS (Kitchen Display System) tab to provide real-time order updates to consumers through the mobile application. 

For event producers, the event producer console serves as a powerful tool for event setup. Producers can create and customize events, specifying the number of vendor spaces available. They can provide a static map linked to the mobile app, ensuring consumers can easily locate their designated pickup points for food orders. Additionally, event producers can offer precise location details through Google Maps links. The console also enables them to receive and manage vendor management applications, providing control over the status of each application in the event planning process.
